I run through the installer but the actual "StratoQ" printer doesn't show up in Devices and Printers
This can be caused by an over-zealous antivirus program that blocks part of our installation. To fix this issue, do the following:
Removing this from the PC's registry:
And then run this app as Admin.
This will create a new logical virtual printer on the PC. If it fails, you will probably know why because the antivirus app pops up. This is a good time to white-list StratoQ.
I print my jobs but nothing ever happens and I don't see the job in the My Prints queue at the MFP.
First, work with your customer account admin to verify that the jobs aren't being uploaded as a different user than you expect. The admin can see the "current jobs" at stratoq.com for all users in the account.
If the job is not making it at all, try to re-run the StratoQ Printer User Setup application. This will promote you to log in via either google or Microsoft. It will open in your default system browser, so make sure that if you have multiple accounts currently logged in that you are not selecting the wrong one. You may need to quit the browser and run this app again in order to be absolutely sure.
Make sure to add an exception for StratoQ in the antivirus, and perhaps also in the local firewall. More info can be found here:
