For users that do not have a smart phone or a prox card, StratoQ supports PIN login for our MFP apps. The functionality is restricted after login for security reasons, so the user will only be able to login to the MFP/app and use the My Prints function.
To enable PIN login, simple log in as an account admin at StratoQ.com and go to Settings > enable PIN > Save.
You will also need to enable PIN login as either a Primary or Secondary login method for your device(s).
Users can also log in at StratoQ.com and generate a PIN for themselves. The PINs are 6 digits, and we make sure that no two PINs for the same customer are too similar. The user can generate as many PINs as she wants, but only the most current one will work.
